Refund policy

All sales made through Fit Jazz Apparel are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds on any items purchased from our store.

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of activewear and athletic apparel, we are unable to resell or restock any items once they have left our facility. This policy exists to protect the health, safety, and well-being of all of our customers.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Activewear and athletic apparel are personal-use garments that come into direct contact with the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons:

• Returned garments cannot be verified as unworn or uncontaminated.
• We are committed to ensuring every customer receives brand-new, hygienic products.
• This standard is consistent with industry practices for intimate apparel and activewear.

 

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size selection
• Dislike of color, fit, or style after receipt
• Delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

We encourage all customers to carefully review size guides, product descriptions, and photos prior to completing their purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@fitjazzapparel.com with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement for verified manufacturing defects only. This exception does not constitute a general return or refund policy.
